We don’t know about you, but we love modern weddings because they are simple, chic and dainty. There is nothing irrelevant here to accuse. The contrary, everything looks unified and well-integrated within this superb theme. Modern means geometry and we are excited to see a unique wedding project based on this concept. It may seem easy to plan a modern wedding because these arrangements look simple. In fact, it’s just as difficult to find the right simple details for a simple wedding as it is for a sophisticated event.

The truth is that modern weddings based on simple and chic accents require even more thought and precaution. You can’t afford to fail, especially when you’re playing with such bold yet minimal decorations. The tablescape and the décor are filled with bright hues and unique forms. This project can stir the imagination of those who are more on the funky side and captivate the attention of those who want to go for an “outside the box wedding”. This couple wanted to go purely modern, without any trace of old or classic style. They picked wooden tables and benches for the reception. The runner features a very eye-catchy pattern in yellow and orange. These two colors are bright, juicy and ideal for a cheerful party. The white rectangles on the tables are actually flower vases! Can you believe this trend?

These are amazing accents to a fresh contemporary wedding reception. The rectangle bases lining the center attract the eyes and add more shape and whimsicality to the overall décor. These vases are so great because they have holes everywhere. So this designer thought that it would be more clever and ingenious to put the flowers in the rectangle holes and not in the vases’ mouths.

This is by far our favorite detail of the entire wedding. The tables feature different fresh treats based on lemon, seared sea scallops, lemongrass wasabi, pineapples, tropical mango soup, honey drizzle and mint and other different light and juicy food for a summer wedding. The cake looks spectacular as it features a single white clean tier, a bunch of wildflowers on top and a hexagonal orange accent.

This wedding designer managed to create a strikingly beautiful and original event by using her own imagination and sense of creativity alone.
